Shipping & Delivery

Introduction
Welcome to Madame Riviera, the exclusive boutique dedicated to women's beauty and wellbeing. All shipments are handled by our selected international logistics partners. Some of our products are sourced from overseas suppliers, which means delivery times may be longer than for a local purchase. We are grateful for your patience and will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping once you reach the threshold for your zone. Below the threshold, a flat rate applies:

The exact cost is always calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address, before you confirm your order.

Order processing
Every order is processed within 24–48 working hours. Once processed, you will receive an email with your order summary and tracking code.

Shipping times
The times below run from the dispatch of your order (after processing), not from the date of purchase:
Europe: 6–15 working days
USA / Canada: 7–18 working days
Rest of the world: varies by country

These are estimated, non-guaranteed times and may be subject to variations beyond our control (customs processing, courier conditions, public holidays).

Tracking
All orders include an international tracking code, which you will receive by email.

Delays
Should your order not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at concierge@madameriviera.com and we will agree together on the best solution — either a new shipment or a full refund of your order.

Delivery address
Please check the address entered at the time of your order carefully. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer; any re-shipments in such cases may incur additional costs.

Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to non-collection or the recipient's absence, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment, the cost of which may be borne by the customer.

Customs and taxes
For orders shipped to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before ordering.

European countries outside the EU customs union
Some European countries — including Norway — belong to the European Economic Area but not to the EU customs union. For orders shipped to these countries, any customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are requested by the authorities of the destination country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authorities before completing your order.
